When I was a wee lad, before I was making my own doughs from scratch and waiting for them to rise for an hour. My mom used to get these, Boboli pizza crusts. They are just flatbread and usually come with the sauce! we had to get them from a bread store because they were hard to find. but they are a really amazing place to start in the way of making your own pizzas. you just need to buy the cheese (mozz) and your own toppings. no need to knead or wait for your possibly defunct dough to rise!
