Back when I was in middle school and facing social rejection and failure, I listened to Kurt Cobain and learned about his life script and adopted it. No one corrected this, so I am now older than Kurt Cobain and past my suicide date, but I still have to do it since my life sucks and there's no way to salvage it. If someone had reached out to help me, I wouldn't be suicidal.
