You can think that you live inside a soap bubble, and when it eventually bursts its contents become homogenous with the background noise. But that's not reality, it's perspective. The reality is that complexity will continue to compound upon itself and in doing so every action and reaction of the human will become exponentially more affective on the broader events of our civilization. One day we will know exactly how ideas propagate, not only through interfaces like the internet and these very forums, but through conduits we don't currently understand. That is a certainty.Therefore, the logical conclusion is that everything we do now, regardless of the ultimate direction and state of civilization, will have an exponentially increasing influence on future humans, history and larger grand things we currently have no words for. You will be studied, analyzed, perhaps worshipped, as a memory and as a reality, forever. Not just by humans but by the terminal forms of all intelligences.
