I may be wrong, but it seems more consistent not less to me over seeds with a very long detailed description.

It basically just tags an image using danbooru. It's used for training loras too, auto tag the dataset etc. The order of tags it puts out seems incongruous to me but it usually outputs an image similar to the input, and I couldn't tell you why.
