I don’t really know, there just isn’t the word. Exhibitionist is most often used, but I think that often makes people think of someone who likes exhibiting themselves (i.e. showing themselves off to people deliberately in a “look at me!” type way).

That’s not really my thing. But I like being nude where it’s not expected or normal. I like going out in public naked, not trying to be seen but accept it may happen and I’m ok with that. Arguably nude hiking too, but that is actually a common nudist practice, so I classify it under that. Extreme nudist can work, but I’d use that definition for someone who like you said, just goes naked whenever and wherever they want no matter what. That can still be very unsexual though. An extreme nudist would be someone who would say just discard their clothes and live naked everywhere no matter what society says or thinks. Still in a non-sexual way though. That would be extreme.
