Removing the valve stems lets the air out and they will not be able to put air back into the tires.place caps back on whe you are done. Unless they have spare valve stems ( who carries those? ) they are stuck. Funny to sit back and watch the show! :-)
Valve stem removal tools look like a small screwdriver. And can even be bought at Wallymart.
