I said no. I have not watched this shit in years but it was damn near every episode she showed her face in. She gets irritated over something petty or imagined (occasionally justifiably) and goes straight into smashing with a hammer she pulled from nowhere.

If the boom episodes are the ones where everything is shoddy 3d animation and Knuckles is some kind of meathead instead of the strong quiet type then I have not seen it aside from a snippet or two. Yes they are all dumb. Amy was less psychotically violent from what I saw but she was still annoying in way the early versions did not have. It felt like someone tried to give her some strong woman woke feminist vibes. In the past she was closer to the blindly infatuated romantic girly girl archetype.

She and Tails were very annoying. Knuckles was dumb but more funny. And Sonic was more a disappointment than anything

Sounds right. Tails and Sonic seemed alright from what I saw. I was a big fan of Sonic as a kid but after looking back on it he is an annoying character. Not someone I would want as a roommate. That version of him seemed better about it though.

Kinda. OG Sonic is cool, Adventure Sonic cool but annoying sometimes. Later games Sonic he seems nicer, cool, a bit more mature but somewhat cringie. The thing with him is that he tends to avoid long-term responsibilities because he believes it affects his freedom (Example, Amy Rose)

Boom Sonic is a little more narcissistic than the one from the games, but he's more relaxed.
Yeah, could be a nice roommate, but he is way far from the cool Sonic. He's not the guy that makes you buy a game because you just happended to see a random cinematic, it's just "Oh, here comes Sonic"
