I literally can not sleep without the help of pills. I'm fucked
>>
You're fucked because you believe you need pills for anything. Grow a pair and make some lifestyle changes. Get rid of most of the processed food and eat mostly meat and veggies. Easy on the fruit.

Hydrate but dont overdo it. 8 glasses my asses. Just sip water frequently and stop 4 hours before bed.

Watch Dr Berg and other youtube doctors. Realize that they're ultimately selling shit so take them all with a grain of potassium salt. Cut back on sodium. Do it now.

I said now.

Exercise. Walk. Buy a used bicycle off of craigslist. Whatever you gotta do.

>>
>>944875519

>8 glasses my ass

Actually, if you hold a mirror up to your nose, you'll see the steam land on the mirror

During the average day, humans EXHALE 8 GLASSES OF WATER, dummy

>During the average day, humans EXHALE 8 GLASSES OF WATER, dummy
Cool story bro.
>>
>>944875472
I asked you a question, Rip Van Winkle...

WHAT PILLS?...........
>>
>>944875519
I mean I've been a lifelong insomniac. Even when I was a kid

>>944875602
I don't know they're orange, round. and really small. Quintiapine or something
>>
>>944875671

It's not my fault that URINE IDIOT™

(an UNemployed idiot, at that!)
>>
>>944875723

Same here....... My insomnia began at age 6

And I only finally CONQUERED it like 10 years ago

SEROQUEL IS NOT A SLEEPING PILL
it's an atypical antipsychotic, with HORRIBLE side effects

So... What was your diagnosis? Schizo or bipolar?
>>
>>944875472
Fuck pills, and honestly majority of people in the USA are like that these days. That’s why we’re in collapse, vast chunk of people can’t function through their day and nights without prescription pills
>>
>>944875723

Seroquel (and other atypical antipsychotics) cause LOSS OF CORE PERSONALITY™

if you think that sounds like an odd side effect, you'd be right...

LOSS OF CORE PERSONALITY = losing YOU

it realigns your neurosynaptic connections and you literally become somebody you don't even know

..........plus, they don't work
>>
>>944875770
>atypical antipsychotic, with HORRIBLE side effects

>So... What was your diagnosis? Schizo or bipolar?

Well this is news to me. I thought it was a sleeping pill. It just shuts my mind off. I guess bipolar? I've never been diagnosed with that. What kind of side effects? Because I've been using them for years
>>
>>944875472

I have a condition called HYPOMANIA®

hypo = beneath, less than

Less than mania

It's technically not an organic psychiatric disorder, as much as it's a TEMPERAMENT

mania = psychosis

Hypomania = never reaches psychosis

Normally, these things don't manifest until usually around the age of 17 or so, but in my case IT MANIFESTED AT THE AGE OF SIX

and suddenly I couldn't sleep......
ud stay awake for 2 or 3 days regularly, up all night teaching myself how to paint and play guitar while my parents were asleep

But I've never experienced psychosis

I doubt you have hypomania (although it's very very possible) and more likely have a diagnosis of bipolar

I can tell you EXACTLY™ how to fix the problem
>>
>>944875840

If you've been taking Seroquel for years, you're a doctor needs to have his license pulled

Because if you haven't been diagnosed with an organic psychiatric disorder (as opposed to a chemical psychosis) then it's highly contraindicated to prescribe you Seroquel...

and?.... If you've been taking it for years, the loss of core personality has already occurred
>>
>>944875939
Sorry speech to text typo

YOUR* DOCTOR NEEDS HIS LICENSE PULLED

Because Seroquel changes you permanently, and if you haven't been diagnosed with a psychosis, it's incredibly irresponsible to prescribe you an atypical antipsychotic as a sleeping pill
>>
>>944875821
>>944875939
I have been diagnosed with generalized anxiety. I think I'm still myself. Although less angry. I used to sperg out and get really angry. I still get angry about stuff but now I don't sperg out and cause a scene. Though now I'm kinda scared. About taking these pills for a long time
>>
>>944875840

HOW TO RESOLVE INSOMNIA :
By taking the handlebars and navigating your way through it without Seroquel or other medications

BY SETTING A SCHEDULE FOR YOURSELF...

for me? After a lifetime of being prescribed everything from Xanax to phenobarbital to even CHLORAL HYDRATE (chloral hydrate is the old fashioned original "Mickey Finn" knockout drops) I finally mastered my insomnia by SETTING A STRICT SCHEDULE

I go to be EARLY AS FUCK like 9 pm
And I wake up at 4 am

believe it or not, that's exactly how to fix, repair or modify insomnia

I realize that's very simplified, but it's exactly what works
>>
>>944875472
I'm in the same boat. Stims to wake up downers to sleep. Every. Single. Day.
>>
>>944875981
>I think I'm still myself

good
that's good

(Although you wouldn't have any way of knowing, honestly)

TAKE CONTROL
By Modifying your sleep schedule

it takes a while to get adjusted to it
But stick with it, because that's the only thing that worked for me after 44 years of insomnia
>>
>>944876013
>>944876059
So just stick to a daily routine and stop taking these pills? I'll give it a shot for a couple weeks and see how things are
>>
Back in the '40s, there was a legendary bar owner named Mickey Finn

He used to add chloral hydrate to his customers drinks, and they would wake up in the alley behind his bar, with all of their money gone

Subsequently, the term "Mickey Finn" came to represent anything that would knock people out

Knockout drops... Similar to date rape ruhypnol type drugs, but this was back in the 40s...

These days, doctors don't prescribe chloral hydrate... It's usually given to children to calm them down before an invasive procedure

But my insomnia was so chronic, the doctors literally tried everything, including chloral hydrate
>>
>>944876098

Yes.... But listen:
the new schedule needs to be in contrast to your current schedule... Otherwise, your brain won't perceive it as a new routine

Good luck, sir
>>
>>944875770
It is prescribed off-label for sleep. Has been for years.
>>
>>944876098
ALSO: when stopping Seroquel, don't be surprised to discover a rebound effect with increased insomnia afterwards

But that'll balance out
>>
I have found that heroin helps me sleep.

The downside is that I spend all day stealing scrap metal in order to pay for it
also if I run out, I sweat, vomit and get diarrhea.
>>
>>944876146

AGAIN: a typical antipsychotics cause irreversible synaptic realignment

Contraindicated for use as a sleeping medication

And I'm fully aware about off labeling
Trust me ... I know they prescribe it for sleep

And AGAIN: any doctor or psychiatrist that prescribes a typical antipsychotics to somebody who hasn't been diagnosed with psychosis, as a sleeping pill... Should have his license pulled
>>
>>944875519
>stop 4 hours before bed.
>+8 hours sleep
that's a long time to go without water wtf
>>
>>944876146

ALSO: Seroquel does not give you a "good night's sleep"

it's uncomfortable, often associated with restless leg syndrome, and knocks you out by inducing a 'chemical hangover' while you're still awake

It's GARBAGE.............

Also: Xanax and other benzodiazepines don't allow your brain to experience beta waves, so although you may have been asleep for hours, your body doesn't recognize it as actual sleep
>>
>>944875472
I can actually fix your problem, unfortunately you're a pill head who won't listen.......But here it goes.....Stop drinking everything except water, ONLY drink water and stop taking ALL the pills, in a couple days you'll sleep like a baby!
>>
>>944877391
I drink lots of water but ok I understand. No pills. Drink water. Keep a routine. Eat protein
>>
>>944875519
This lil nigga never had insomnia for days
>>
>>944877391
fucking dummy
