when is the last time you went for a walk anon?
Everyday. Supposedly it's good for mental health but sitting around drives me insane.
>>944899238i need to get on that level. my mental health is poopoo
the most exercise I get is a couple trips to the grocery store each month
>>944900369a couple each month???? must be loading up
>>944897670The better question is why don't people go for a walk? Lack of suitable areas nearby would be my guess. After laziness of course.
>>944903322yea, also it's super weird to be the only person walking with tons of cars around
>>944899238I did about 7,950km total last year. I'm not going to try and keep that up for another year, but still walking every day.
>>944903475that's a lot, congrats anon
idk prob like 10 years
>>944903881you best get to steppin then. Or not, i'm not your keeper
>>944899238Based. It's very good for both physical and mental health. Having some kind of nature (even a park) in walking distance makes a world of a difference. Same goes for not having to dodge people who risk your safety is another.>>944903475That's impressive. Did you know that there's people who basically walk for a living? Okay, it's not the norm but it doesn't hurt to know about these stories. Check out this guy: https://wildernessfamily.co.uk/walking-uk-coastline-ssafa/
