when is the last time you went for a walk anon?

Everyday. Supposedly it's good for mental health but sitting around drives me insane.

i need to get on that level. my mental health is poopoo

the most exercise I get is a couple trips to the grocery store each month

a couple each month???? must be loading up

The better question is why don't people go for a walk? Lack of suitable areas nearby would be my guess. After laziness of course.
>>
>>944903322
yea, also it's super weird to be the only person walking with tons of cars around
>>

I did about 7,950km total last year. I'm not going to try and keep that up for another year, but still walking every day.

Based. It's very good for both physical and mental health. Having some kind of nature (even a park) in walking distance makes a world of a difference. Same goes for not having to dodge people who risk your safety is another.

That's impressive. Did you know that there's people who basically walk for a living? Okay, it's not the norm but it doesn't hurt to know about these stories. Check out this guy: https://wildernessfamily.co.uk/walking-uk-coastline-ssafa/

I hardly ever go outside for the sole purpose of getting some fresh air or just walk around since my cat died last year.

Just got back from a walk. Nice hilly area, very good for calf muscles.
