Take time to internalize the lessons learned from your relationship, and with time you will realise she actually wasn't all that great. Become indifferent when you think about her. DO NOT stalk her socials. Be selfish for now and take care of yourself, eat well, be hydrated, get sunlight, excercise. If you're totally fucked up and can't, start small by setting micro goals. It's ok to feel down somedays, do less but still do. If you focus on your own goals, you will build confidence again and you will become the best person you have ever been.
