Anyone out here went through the painful period of adjusting your life after neetdom? I had to stop neeting around for specific reasons and had no other choice. How do I deal with this? I can't seem to get used to it at all. I'm depressed and having panic attacks from time to time. How long before I get used to this?
I was in a similar position to you a few years ago. Just know you never fully get used to it. Because deep down we all want to do nothing

Here are my thoughts on the matter. I think NEETS are enlightened but without reality to check you, you will never grow, and impose self restriction voluntarily for the sake of ordering your soul and seeking not to harm others. Because as a NEET, I am in a constant state of self loathing so no amount of self harm due to my hedonism mattered to me, but when I realized I could hurt the people I loved I began to rethink things. But wage slaves are worse of course because they lack self knowledge due to lack of authenticity and voluntarily give up their will for the sake of "peace".
