As for myself, mine is something of a combination of all of it.

I can't really guide you in this since we're in the same position to some degree. I've only started learning about this and improving my condition somewhat this year. In the absence of much personal experience I can only convey what the writers I've read so far have said (Wilhelm Reich besides Jung and Freud, the first Jung writings I read were 'Aspects of the Masculine' and 'Aspects of the Feminine' the subject of which is actually much broader than you'd think and a good introduction to his approach), and in that case it's probably better to read them yourself. It would be good for you to find things to do in the real world that you enjoy, as I have, be more rooted in your actual body. I ended up coming back here (these parts of the internet where I can indulge in this stuff) after avoiding it for the past few months after a fairly distressing week, but I think for once in my life I know that I'll grow out of it and that there are greater things out there for me.
