I found a disturbing video showing three adult men (including the cameraman) laughing while torturing and killing a cat with a shovel.

The video was originally posted on Facebook. I downloaded a copy because it may be removed, although a large emoji covers part of the footage.

The location is allegedly somewhere in the Brixental region in Tyrol, Austria.

You guys managed to locate the "He Will Not Divide Us" flag from almost no clues, so maybe someone can identify the language, accents, landmarks, vehicles, or any other useful details here.

Any information that helps identify these people or confirm the location would be appreciated. I want to report this to the appropriate authorities
