It's kinda funny how being happy in life is genuinely just a choice, I was a depressed loner for over a decade and wasted most of my 20s but now my approach to pretty much everything is completely different and Jesus Christ this change was so god damn sudden and drastic it feels weird.Made couple friends with genuinely interesting people, I'm dating again and genuinely don't care about putting some mask or try to adjust myself to the other person because I frankly don't see the point anymore. If she likes me, great, if don't well then we're just people and the great game of life is a chaotic mess we don't have control over so why would it bother me? I focus on positive aspects of life and while I still see and acknowledge negatives I choose to not to waste my time and energy on overthinking them.My self confidence is I think at all time high and I feel like a god damn fountain of positive yet very down to earth energy, and I guess people around me see that and treat me differently because of it in a positive way.Also what's new to me is how I can literally read people like open books because my brain is so hyperfocused, perceptive and analytical on micro expressions, I genuinely feel like I was given a tool I can easily turn into a weapon(which is kinda scary to me).Man if only I still didn't had those completely random anxiety wave episodes, I mean I know exactly when they happen and how to manage them without having to go on a break when I'm at work but they are still annoying as fuck.
