Got a new personal record in running today. Managed to run 34km in under four hours. Not super proud of the pace but happy nonetheless that I achieved something I have never achieved before. My legs started to turn to lead at the halfway point already and I basically limped the final few kilometers. Tonight I'm also supposed to go to a rave, let's see how those legs hold up.Marathon in a month. Pray for me frens.

I take Beta Alanine, Creatine and other things to help stave this off. I’ll even take caffine pills mid ride (cycling) if I’m doing sustained tempo efforts for over many hours. Granted, I’m not a runner but I’m sure a lot of the training and prep is similar to cycling.
