K*wi st version of 4chan isn't very effective, has same timers and you need to solve anti spam captcha for new IP + limited amount of posting slots. Those proxies can't even report which is one of the most effective tools in arsenal of 4chan schizo spammers when they mass report posts (very deadly if spammer is janny himself too).How can mortals learn such powers?
