Gold and Silver ripping up, is copper gonna join them or remain cheapest in history in gold terms?
Let's debate commodities, mining and potential superiority of investing in them over bubbled tech stocks trading at unrealistic evaluations.

Any mining stocks we have big expectations for? Underpriced perhaps. I have Bloomberg access, and for some reason (retarded) I trust /bant/ more than the professional Jew huggers that do analysis for Bloomberg. There's a whole strategy I saw based on the fact that new market analysis guys will come in guns blazing and make a bunch of shit predictions in the hopes that they will eventually strike gold with a good prediction KEK

>>
>>23313442
>underpriced
there are many in the pre-revenue stages, trading with large discounts to net present value of their projects. Of course a discount is deserved since there is no guarantee these projects turn into mines. I own dozens of plays like these because I think the ones I own will be mines. Not really something that traditional analysis will help with though

As for the actually cash flowing ones, I really like Northern Star, Allied Gold, Aris Mining, Endeavour Mining and Eldorado Gold to name a few.

It's a tall ask but, if you have any info from Bloomberg regarding Zijin Mining, Ivanhoe Mining or Rio Tinto could you share? I own all three but I'm much less well initiated in the copper producers.

The response from the antipodeans has been amazing. I was on a conference call with two jokers this morning (one is a CEO/chairman of a shitco), and nearly burst out laughing when he said, "when we get into production." They have their stories all lined up and ready to go. There was zero discussion of geology, the property, or anything technical. It's all about the story. That's how we roll in Shitcoland.
I have some decisions to make over the weekend. I might be back staking more, I might make a deal with a Shitco, or I might keep approaching companies (I haven't started on Canadian companies yet). I've approached 427 ASX and LSE companies under US$20M MC. I have over 1,000 contacts to pursue in Canadian/OTC markets.
This has all been much more entertaining than anticipated, and it fulfills my need for meaningful autistic activity instead of becoming self destructive.

I have a call this evening with the $10k 60-day option dude. I'm going to tell him that the other broes want to buy shit that I haven't even staked yet, and that I'd be more inclined to keep the portfolio together unless I can get full cash asking price for this particular project.

>Eventually do you think the management will sell out
I think they will keep consolidating the Montney and Deep Basin. Cenovus should sell their nattygas acres to Tourmaline tbqh
>like their did with Duvernay?
remind me about this? When did they sell Duvernay acres and to whom?
>>
>>23324216
The same management team behind Tourmaline ran a company called Duvernay Oil Corp. which sold to Shell in 2008.
>>
>>23324255
aaah different company, I see. Those Shell acres today belong to CNRL. Tourmaline is likely going to keep buying acres in any case, maybe a US company eventually makes a move. I know for a fact that there are many US shale companies kicking tires in Canada but nobody wants to make the first move. When one of them does, and it is a "when", you can expect others to start bidding on Canadian companies too. Tourmaline, Arc, Whitecap are the most obvious targets. Not sure how eager the US companies would be to go into the oil sands, but those are already mostly consolidated

well, I'm not that in tune with the oilfield services but I did read on Substack that oil companies' workforces are starting to see layoffs and productivity per employee is beginning to plateau and decline. Doesn't sound super good for OFS or the E&Ps themselves tbqh. In the end the price of oil has the final word, if oil bottoms and rebounds next year it'll be a good time to be on the bid for sure. Though that's obvious. Now where did I leave my crystal ball?

I can only buy the LSE listing for Sovereign and my brokerage is dogshit at actually picking up shares. Been trying to add over the last couple of weeks but maybe being too picky on price. Global Atomic the only thing I didn't trim this week. Financing announcement could be any day now, can't risk it. I expect at least one -5% day next week although with SPUT raising and buying so many lbs maybe not.

Uranium twitter does seem at max euphoria, usually a clear exit sign but *the fundamentals*.

which one of you geniuses was this....

"Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 18, 2025) - Bayhorse Silver Inc, (TSXV: BHS) (OTCQB: BHSIF) (FSE: 7KXN) (the "Company" or "Bayhorse") announces that it has closed the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement that was announced on September 10, 2025, consisting of 25,000,000 Units for gross proceeds of $1,000,000."

Compared to the usual 0.5-2% exposure, I’ll take this sudden uptake with a great bit of intrigue as to what it means for other fund managers and institutions

The people at Ocean must be a generous bunch to even consider renewing that offtake agreement. I guess they don't lose anything by doing that but surely they must know they're never going to get a gram of concentrate?

Back from another run. This one was about a half marathon give or take a few hundred meters. Checked out the marathon route which I will be running on the 4th of October. It's still the same route as it was back when I ran my first half marathon ever a few years back. While I'm not content with my current fitness with the marathon in mind, I'm happy to see that at least I'm in much better shape now than I was back then. I ran about the same 2h time but I wasn't anywhere near as exhausted today. I remember my legs being sore for a whole week when I first ran a half marathon, today felt like an above average intensity workout. I reckon I could have run another lap for 30km within 3.5h today, dunno. Grimacing the thought of having to do the whole marathon in a few weeks but a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do

have a great weekend frens. Pic related is how I will feel after completing the marathon probably

sure, after the bull market ends silver will gigadump because nobody will want it. Look at what happened to silver after the bull market in the turn of the 70-80s or after the GFC bull.

In other words - it would be enormously low valuation for silver to go back to 10. Much lower than at any other point silver was 10 per Oz
>>
>>23332476
it might go back to $20 or something yeah. Inflation and market supply/demand dependant. It won't go down in a weekend. There will eventually be a top, and then the most delusional permabulls will ride the bear all the way down into whatever the lows end up being. Such is the way of the commodity permabull
