it's half genetics half lifestyle, seen plenty of people with fucked up hair and balding spots who just completely neglect their health and eat crap and also probably wash their heads with some shitty generic shampoo every goddamn day and i've also seen plenty of balding people who are into sports and not drinking alcohol and not consuming slop and being as healthy as possible so it's always a gamble but if you really want to stop that early you absolutely should go on a diet like right now and get yourself some hair care product and stop eating fucking sugar
