turning into a good day, up over 1%. not trading, wish i had, but i was stressed out from the last 24 hours watching lines, nervous about a downturn starting. playing some mtg and trying to relax, gonna go out and shop, get some food later, lift tonight. slept like 5 hours between 9 and 7, 3 different stints but even so it's an improvement, gives me more of the day back. normalizing sleep is really important if i want to travel next year, can't do much if i'm napping all day and awake all night, so gonna keep working on that.
