I still constantly have dreams about playing music, it’s really weird, I mean it was my entire life it encompassed my entire being almost, but it’s just strange to me I still have dreams about it still, in my dreams my subconscious keeps trying to justify playing music to me somehow, it’s like “play, you can still play come on you can do it” I had this really weird dream even (on the topic of musical themed dreams) I was in high school again and it was lunch, and I went home for lunch and I didn’t want to go back, and I somehow ran into/met Kurt Cobain, he was like himself but he was really young, like a teenager. He had long blonde hair and a navy blue shirt. And oddly enough I remember he was really energetic and present focused, he seemed really enthusiastic and nice to me, he had a blue guitar, I remember I really noticed the guitar it stood out to me and oddly enough, my guitar was a blue guitar. Don’t really know what it means. But after that dream I realized I could probably still write music, but instead of the music I prefer I could easily make simple music, like Nirvana. It’s actually doable a bit. So like, I had another dream I was playing music again my subconscious was urging me to”play music, play music”’and I wake up just wanting to play music and I finally realized and saw how doable it would be to make simple music like Nirvana like I saw it more clearly and I do almost want to give it a go.

It’s kind of fun to imagine what you could do with more simple type of music. Like as well, another thing that happened to me I saw a clip to some new show about David, and in the clip it’s when he plays his harp for Saul, he played basically just two chords arpeggios and that was it but he also sang and I realized you could play something that simple and still be considered beautiful sounding musically.I think I would lean heavily into nirvana, but I could go a bit more complex, that’s the thing I was really set on playing complex difficult music. But for example i could use the Cure heavily for influence, but also I would want to imitate Bob Dylan a lot as well, so I would take the opportunity that would free me from complex music to write more complex songs lyrically. But I feel like that would almost be Green day, at least green day has sort of tried to go in that direction to an extent but I guess they didn’t really accomplish altogether but songs like on American Idiot almost rival Bob Dylan lyricism I think, but I don’t think Billie Joe is as creative as Dylan, he’s kind of repetitive in his song content. But I wouldHave to really work on my singing, because I’m like a bass, and I wouldn’t want to just sing bass all the time because that’s simply not as mainstream so I would have to work a lot on my technique. Strange sing is I seem to be able to sing some Paul McCartney songs and he’s considered a tenor don’t know why that is, like I just listened to Ebony and Ivory and I can almost match his pitch so I don’t get that. But I still am a bass it fucking sucks. A fucking bass not even a baritone. And the thing is, due to the fact that I have to play more simple music I would then attempt to make it as catchy and melodic as possible. Oh and I forgot the misfits, I can def use the misfits as influence I guess
