crypto pump rejected. that's unfortunate. i am sick and tired of doing cardio and i want more results in the gym, so i'm gonna do machines today, and i think try to get a barbell/machines/cardio rotation going, or maybe even more lifting than that, basically i can't do barbells 2 days in a row, way too much joint stress, but going to keep doing it every other day, and then i'll do machines on days i don't have muscle soreness and just do cardio for "rest" days. i'll see how it works. if i start gaining fat or getting pimples i'll adjust but i saw myself in the mirror doing cable rows yesterday and i need more of that in my life.sending you love babe. hoping you can be good and be strong, want to connect with you tomorrow.
workout was pretty good. think i could have worked harder, but i did get sweaty, got in some good work. will definitely do more of this. not as intense as barbells, or cardio really, but worthwhile, as long as it doesn't get in the way of doing barbell every other day, and i'll see about that tomorrow. futures fading a bit, and eth seems to have overdone it to the downside, think it claws back to 3800 tomorrow. the big wallet is buying, but it's kind of a game of whack-a-mole, not everything is working at once, obviously, in fact breadth has been terrible, friday was a particularly bad day for it, by some measures the worst on a green day ever, as far as number of decliners goes. also had a couple "hindenberg omens," mostly meaningless imo but another sign of poor breadth. kind of makes sense because the whole economy is being propped up by ai investment, which is fine as long as that keeps going, the rest of the economy will eventually start to go as soon as enough people get rich, which is starting to happen. obviously tptb can derail this train with a simple button push, but that's been the case for the last 24 years and they've been particularly trigger-happy in the last 5 so i'm thinking we get a reprieve and they let things run. you never know though. you've been a good girl this weekend babe. maybe you've just been busy i dunno. but even so i haven't seen you saying terrible things on the internet. and i'm not being patronizing, at least i'm trying not to be. i know that habit is hard to break, i know you get emotional, have strong feelings about things, want to be heard. i'm proud of you though and i hope you can keep it up. you ARE a beautiful person, and i hate to see that marred by hatred and rage. i love you.

welp... breadth continues to deteriorate. and i got my hand stuck in the cookie jar this morning, even though i said i wouldn't. bought biotech 2% down, now 3% down... pretty crazy. guess they're still selling everything to buy more semiconductors. upset wkey is down, i can handle it, my mom can, but my mom ran her big mouth to her sister, who is the kind of person who can't hold a stock more than a week, and she already hates me, and i am pretty sure she bought some. gonna skip another thanksgiving i think. optimistic we get a bounce here, selling seems overdone and there's no recession yet... but getting kinda nervous.
in considerable financial pain, down nearly 3%, btbt trade has gone red as well, and this biotech trade is one of my worst intradays of the year. but on the other hand, think this is temporary and overdone, and they're buying the ai growth stocks, looks to me like a one time rebalance and that we've already seen the lows. don't know if we aggressively V from here but it's possible and would be a great sign of health.

off those lows, now only down less than 2% still a horrible day but i don't think we go much lower from here. guess i'll shill a little, good time for it, wkey, snap, btbt are big investments of mine, all three are deeply undervalued with explosive growth potential, and today is a good buying opportunity for all of them.
