You know the entire time I watched S4 it always felt obvious to me that Rachel has NPD but I actually think she also has BPD. I was thinking about this yesterday. It's highly comorbid with NPD so it wouldn't be surprising. People with BPD have a preoccupying obsession with being abandoned and often have toddler-esque screaming/crying temper tantrums specifically about that, which was obviously witnessed many times from Rachel throughout S4.
