there were a couple good things about smoking weed, not just the reflection, which was painful but necessary, but i was able to get a really good look at myself in the mirror, to say i felt positive about it is an understatement, i can't believe how fit i am, i still see myself as a skinny nerd but i'm getting really buff. another is of course the eating, i weighed 183.6 today at my LIGHTEST, gonna be over 185 by bedtime. finally the coughing is a really good oblique workout, felt it right away.

>>23827290well it is and it isn't. of course it is depressing to get an objective view of myself. i am a shut-in that nobody loves with nothing that the greater world values, friendships or job or interesting hobbies, who spends hours a day on 4chan spilling his guts and pursuing a crazy woman that doesn't love me. that is a depressing sight. but it's important to cut through the self-delusions that build up while i'm sober. also it feels really good, i had a nice hour or so last night while i was peaking just laying in bed and feeling great physically, letting my mind wander and imagining things. also one of my few joys is magic cards, and i'm understating how much progress i made in that yesterday, and i can't seem to focus on that without pot, so it helps there. it made me feel content on a very difficult day too, like i owned my time, gave me power over my feelings which i have put too much in the hands of women, needing their love for validation. weed cuts two ways, can make you feel special, but has a physical toll, gives you insights but not all of them are comforting and joyful. i handled it fine, and all in all enjoyed my high yesterday.
