Let's write a new constitution. I start;

Only citizens of the nation may own land within its territory; foreign nationals are prohibited from land ownership.

Citizenship may be transmitted solely through the male line. Children born to a national man shall be citizens. Children born to a national woman and a foreign man shall be considered foreign nationals. But may gain citizenship if they have lived their first 18 years of life within national territory and completed military service.

The right to vote is not automatic. Suffrage shall be granted only to citizens who have completed a legally established period of civil or military service. Service if not mandatory but if you don't serve the nation, you can't vote.

Eligibility for public office, including governor, senator, or president, is restricted to individuals born within national territory who have resided there continuously for their first eighteen years of life. Participation of women in government shall be restricted to the initial tiers of public administration, as defined by law.

Dual citizenship is prohibited. Acquisition of foreign citizenship shall result in the automatic loss of national citizenship, unless otherwise authorized by law for exceptional service to the state.
