start using Johnson's baby shampoo
sounds weird, but it's sulphate-free, so it'll make your hair look better, and be easier to style
(it looks like all the oils have been stripped out, so it's gone fluffy)

shave your facial hair until you can grow it out thicker, it honestly looks bad, and I think it will gross girls out
just wait a couple of years
maybe get one of those electric stubble razors and keep some manly stubble
and when you do grow it back, you need to learn how to shave it into an actual moustache (not uneven and randomly spilling down over your lips)

you have really good skin, so moisturise every day, and just put a little vaseline on your lips in the evening to stop them looking dry (do not go out wearing it)
