still not sure about becoming a muslim
thinking about this it has become apparent to me that in the act of believing in god and being faithful you are supposed to almost give yourself over to god and supposedly let him guide or thoughts or give you divine inspiration and that always kind of made me feel irked and now I realize it is because I really am fond of the idea of being an individual with my own thoughts and feelings I don't like the idea for sure of just being an empty vessel that is basically programmed or completely told what to do by some invisible force call it god or what have you
