I hand her a notarized eviction notice from the high council, shout “YOU LOST TRANNY”, and then throw a gender neutral gender reveal smoke bomb and disappear like Batman. I then high tail it back to the property in question and sell all of her property to a local pawn shop (kids and all). Then once that is complete I put a new single mother tenant in and start the process all over again. It’s basically an infinite money glitch.
