went out to get cigarettes, saw somebody having a much worse day than me...anyways futes are green and that's good. and i'm glad the trading week is set to start. obviously all eyes are still on the strait, but i'm hoping things can stabilize and we don't have to have a bear market, i imagine the indices can at least crab from here until our special military operation has concluded if things stay calm or get better, and i'm optimistic about what happens afterwards. i happen to think this operation is very strategically important, if iran has nuclear weapons, the cost to close the strait in a china conflict is too high, and it blows a major leg of our containment strategy, which would be an oil blockade. i would have preferred to just payed the iranians a fee instead of coercing them this way, but this is the path we've taken and i think it's pretty vital that it's succesful, don't think we'll be taking no for an answer here.

Did some math and it is gonna be tough to breakeven on cashflow, but with price appreciation this should work, just gotta sell in a couple years and lock in profits.
