The main design of the aircraft has been fitted with a large compartment for compressed hydrogen tanks and a desalinator for refueling in the ocean. We’re having some problems getting the electrolysis for the water to an efficient level that Stanley Meyer claimed he could reach. We need to get the efficiency of electrolysis for splitting water down to a rapid level. Some parts of the country have hydroelectric dams but, ultimately not enough power to keep everyone fed. We need a new fuel source and now. They cause horrid pollution.I guess your best bet would be setting up a huge solar or wind farm on the shore for energy to split molecules but even then you are looking at a huge energy loss.
