For having such a small apartment the sound insulation at my place isn't too bad. I can hear the foot stomping and floor creaking of the fatass guy above me and he always SLAMS the seat of his toilet down but other than that it's not too bad. I'm pretty quiet downstairs, one time the other guy saw me and was startled because it was so quiet he thought I moved out. The guy's a schizo though, any time there's any sort of noise or talking out front you can hear him jump up and stomp to the window to peek at what's going on out there.
