posted this twice in /biz, think there's something to it. think they're literally carving out market cap space for the ai ipo's this year. think it has implications for the stocks in the igv, the eventual ipo's, but also hardware, like they're sending all the money in tech into hardware and selling software, eventually this trade will reverse hard but it's still probably too early for that, but who knows. it's something to keep an eye on though, there are good stocks in the igv, the ai ipo's will be interesting, and if hardware gets the same treatment in the future, this episode might be good learning material for finding the bottom there. briefed my mom about it this morning and we're on the same page.

well, sf la and san diego are great cities for that, big and cosmopolitan, everywhere else not so much. the monterey bay is really great though, good weather in summertime beautiful nature but also nice food and beaches and attractions. wine country is also nice, i grew up there, lots of nice dining and sightseeing. yosemite is great for nature, as is lake tahoe, the former if you like sights the latter if you like water. never really been to palm springs except to drive through it but that's a nice area too if you like to gamble and stuff it's like a lowkey luxury vegas. california is as big as a lot of countries and they've got everything there. you should go in summertime though, the beaches are too cold otherwise.
