There are some chains of them, but they are out in the parking lot. If you want one of those you need to bring two quarters so you can take one off the chain and it if doesn't roll, you can go to the next one. If that doesn't work you chain it to the first one and take your quarter so you can try the third one. It's a total shit show. Way worse than just loose carts with no chains.
