They're usually not poor and have WFH jobs. But they choose to live in awful cramped conditions with poor hygiene. Worse yet they're always trying to get into public amenities because (obviously) they don't have a very good shower or toilet in a fucking van. Just yesterday I was in line behind this 35 year old soi/chungus couple at the gas station and they spent 3 minutes begging the attendant to use the restroom even though they weren't buying anything.

I did a week in a rented van. It gets humid and gross really fucking fast. If you're not careful you bring in tons of dirt and grime from outside. It's generally uncomfortable and messy. I didn't like it at all. It's remarkably similar to sleeping in a tent.It doesn't feel luxurious. You wake up feeling grimy and moist.It's easy to capture a handful of idyllic looking pics and make it seem like a nice experience, but believe me, it's not great.
