I started on 50mg sertraline a couple months ago and felt it benefitted me. I've gone up to 100mg but I'm not really sure it helps. I think maybe the 50mg was better. Not sure. Need advice.

What for? I'm not looking up all that shit. Just tell me.

Everyone is different and responds differently to different SSRIs and dosages. Trust your body and don't read posts on this site about these medications, it's one of the worst things you can do to your peace of mind. Most people for whom these medications work are just living their lives and not telling everyone about it. What you will mostly find here are a vocal minority of people for whom the medications didn't work, or who couldn't thug it out during the side effects in the first few weeks expecting the first pill to fix all their problems and stopped cold turkey 2-4 weeks in.

I tried Sertraline for OCD and it really didn't work. I'm happy for you if it works for you though, OP.

ive found with sertraline upping the dose is a game of diminishing returns and ur actually better just coming off it once 200mg isn't doing much to help.
u can then go back on starting again at 50mg after 6 months to a year if need be but people I've spoken to about this generally only needed 1-3 of these cycles to improved their depression/anxiety seemingly permanently.
idk how it works exactly but the big improvements seem to happen during the off cycles which should last a minimum of 6 months.
its a long drawn out and unpleasant process but it really seems to permanently or at the very least semi permenantly fix something in ur brain chemistry

I was a heavy drug addict for a little more than two decades, then I discovered that my brain destroys the serotonin too fast, I started to take 100mg of sertraline and I left all drugs and started working out and eating good, two years clean, Im way stronger and way happier, that shit works amazing

Alcohol is good, it gives energy and courage

None of that is true. Doing what is right despite the cost is admirable. Dulling your perception of the cost isn't.

>Oh, look at me! I'm mentally ill! I'm taking Sertraline!!!
Fuck off. I took Sertraline and it didn't do shit.

Most would say the same for most drugs.
They destroy your brain.
Do not use them.

I don't think like that. I have my own history.
I generally like English people. They aren't stuck up.

Modern brits are bellends, just go visit int UK and you'll see

I'm not saying they deserve what they got but they're certainly making it hard to cheer for them

I don't give a fuck however you've found a way to devalue them. That is what you do, that is not what they are.
You are a problem to them, your sort have been trying for a long while to make them monsters. They're still nice.
They are what made The Plague Dogs to me. People who see experimentation as wrong. Some nice folklore. Generally just being nice. Being nice is very underrated. I don't appreciate people coming here, to bant, or anywhere for that matter and trying to replace the delicate, and strong, nice, with nuisance.

It is a big deal to be nice. Especially despite.
They are, and continue to be. You could say it's their fault, but it does lead the world to be better.
External influences are very bad, and very stupid. Courtesy gave them more place than they were due. But it's the nice that makes them better, not similar attitudes, or even opposing.

I think a lot in England should be kicked out. I think the same for most places that are invaded. There is something precious there. But it's good to see it survive against impossible odds. Like conditions don't matter and don't dictate nature. People more than that. Themselves. Nice because that is who they are.

Rearing and protection so that being nice isn't so discouraged is desirable. But not essential. It's nice. Nice suits nice. Some try and that isn't seen.
Giving attention to the flaws, problems etc isn't admirable. It's good less in charge. Like good said less important. Less what you look for and want.
Usually a lot in life is bad, and you try to save what was good. That who you are, what you set up, what you want going on.

More effort needs to be spent on people doing something right. It makes sense to turn off and shut up when it's bad. Don't confuse good with bad. But it is good to see good triumph. Can turn things around. Remind what really matters.
