The ugly truth is that Christians and atheists have about the exact same amount of proof for their beliefs.

The secrets are found in hermeticism and other transcendental belief systems. As above, so below. You're a link in a chain between the spiritual and the physical you're basically a conduit between the two as a human being. That is the dichotomy of man, you are pulled towards the physical, the lower link in the chain, and you are also pulled towards the spiritual, the psychological. This is the higher link in the chain.

As above, so below. You have relation to two things which otherwise have no relation, the centre link. Why I reference it as a chain is because that which is above (the absolute spiritual) has relation to you, it can effect you and you can effect it . It is the same which that is below, the physical. You are the conduit between the physical and the spiritual. You can act upon both, and both can act upon you, but they cannot act upon eachother. That is where our part lays.

The grand work, as it is known is hermetic esoteric belief, is to create a new link in the chain. To create reality.

Technology is just a byproduct of sophisticated alchemy by the hermetic definition. Alchemy is not turning lead into gold or transforming chemical elements into other materials specifically. It is the recognition that these processes take place naturally. And that if they do take place naturally, man can conceivably learn how to harness these processes so that he might become as god, to create a new reality.

The big Bang theory, if it is correct, could theoretically be caused by infinitesimally smaller and smaller nested universes (like a matrushka doll) which reach a point where they become so small and condensed that they cause a massive release of energy which restarts the cycle. Similar to what is outlined in the big Bang theory.
