I'll add that to the list of new buzzwords we're all learning this cycle as to why the market sucks absolute cock. So many things that never mattered before suddenly matter now.

This is why I do not care. Unless they change monetary policy, it will never be fixed.

Yeah, they can always change back later, but you will never actually pay it off unless you change the monetary policy in such a way that reverting back before the debt is cleared makes everything worse.

MUH JACKSON HOLE!!!!!!!!

Money supply and inflation are separate concepts.

Inflation is when prices go up, nothing more nothing less. You can print a shit ton of money but if all economic activity grinds to a halt then prices will actually go down. Imagine a world where the government prints 10x the money supply tomorrow but yet every citizen just stops buying stuff. Not a single burger purchased, not a single car, not anything. Prices would go down in that situation.

Now look, if *all else is equal* then yeah printing money leads to inflation. But the point is that inflation comes from multiple factors not just money printing.

Wrong. Prices keep going up.

Post ww2 the debt was reduced from 120% of gdp in 1940s to less than 40% in the 70's
>>
>>60868866
and it stayed that low (or lower) and hasn't raised again from 1970 to 2025, right?
>>
right...?

No.... price comes from supply and demand. You can print all the money in the world but if nobody is buying or consuming anything then people selling products have no choice but to cut prices until they start finding buyers.

Like I said if supply and demand stays the same and then there's a bunch of money printing then yes prices will go up due to a change in the scale of the Y axis of supply and demand.

Go ask chatGPT.

The fed needs to both cut AND raise rates. This is some USD checkmate approaching.
>>
They can't get CPI below 2% and gave up trying. They can't the long end of the yield curve below 4.5% either. I think they've been doing backdoor deals with little mini yield curve control buyouts whenever a long term auction goes poorly, and that's why inflation never reached their target, despite all their claims of having been "tightening" the fed's balance sheet for years. I think they've been buying up long end bonds and throwing them in the Caymans or something off the books.

MSTR is also supposed to be pegged at 2.5x bitcoin but is almost parity with its bitcoin holdings, making it also on a slurparino dipparoni.

>>60868757
M2 mattered a lot in 2020 you fuckin retard, people were constantly talking about how M2 inflationary economics would supercharge that cycle.

CME gap at 3k has also been a thing for 5 years.

Why are there so many weird zoomer chicks tattoing themselves with internet memes to appeal to middle aged spergs nowadays? If millennial girls had been this autist friendly in 2013 I would have 10 kids by now.

yep.
total amount of pricing units totally doesn't matter,
ease of access to those? nah.
don't have them? no problem! can you go into debt easily? sure! .... forget it... won't matter either
sure. it's only muh supply and le demand.
