What went wrong?

Literally nothing. NFT creators got rich and rubes got scammed. Everything went exactly to plan.
>>
>>60877044
Nothing. I made money.

I know several people who own Gucci NFT necklaces they bought for 10k and you came buy them for like 200 dollars now. Yikes

They should have never been thought of as a store of value. Buy them to support an artist, be done.

NFTs are more like tulips or beanie babies, in that each one's individual value is effected by hype and the salesmanship of the current seller. If you think you can get rich selling NFTs then you could probably just get rich in any sales role.

>NFTs are more like tulips or beanie babies
So is all of crypto.

What? Cartoon monkey jpegs aren't worth the same as an average house? Who would have thought?
>>
>>60877044
NFTs could be used for something useful like deeds or certificates and instead we got retarded fucking monkeys and shit

NFTs were 10 years too early
>>
>>60877044
Crypto currency solves a problem that at least a few people care while NFTs do not solve anything
>>
>>60877044
The technology is simply too early.

The guy who wrote the article is a literal wagecuck though

He had to come up with something to write about in order for his boss to give him financial permission not to starve to death

I bought about $23k of NFTs in like 2021. I should have put that in the market for sure, would have been worth $100k+. However, my NFT portfolio is worth about $8-10k still and I got a $5k airdrop from one, so I guess it could have gone worse.

I made like 30 ETH from ENS domains / ethmojis, of course I had the foresight to sell at the top, people called me an idiot for selling low at the time
