lmao back in 2009 My mom grew insistent that my attitude or behavior was the reason I couldn't find the job, and not because of the GFC - I had applied to dozens of local stores in the area and never got a call backSo anyway one day my mom forces me to go walk into a local restaurant, and accompanied me while I asked for the hiring manager, dropped of my resume, talked about my skills, shook his hand and walked away - all while my mom was just behind me and telling me to stand up straight and look them in the eye when talking to them ETC - it was so embarrassing!I could hear the staff ( including the cute waitresses ) giggle on my way out, awful experience lmaoAnyhow that felt like a lifetime ago, I'm basically retired now lol, recently went back there and ordered a really nice stake - life can move in mysterious ways.
