If people initially refuse then ask to do it for free once and then ask if they want to be on a waiting list for future times you will be in the neighborhood.Youll get a lot of people who wont initially pay, but as long as you get your first few then word of mouth spreads fast if you are presentable.Just be hungry for work and say that you want to do a job that benefits the community.

Show up in a quality van or truck. People will take you seriously if you do that. Buy nice equipment. (ettore squeegee's and soap for sure.) Look into water fed pole systems. That is the real way to make money. Don't be afraid to work for free when it matters. (I worked for the school district in my area for free for a day, it went along way.)You can get almost anything off of windows with bronze wool, magic erasers and isopropyl alcohol. Make sure to identify scratches on windows before you clean them if you suspect you are working for someone with a stick up their ass. (Or for a construction company.)
If you’re in a rural area show up in high quality but clearly used work attire. If you’re in an urban area dress like a complete faggot so they don’t feel intimidated
