retail is completely out of it, the will go with stuff that they know the name of (ETH,BTC, XRP, SOL) but who the FUCK knows "Ondo" in your normie circle?
The ONLY way for stuff to pump that has no household name already or is not a small cap memecoin, is either: A) Rising Tide market trading bots pushing it up like everything else B) utility giving it value beyond aforementioned A) + baggies keeping up value + hype

And B) only really works if the money that comes from the utility (prediction markets, casino/gambling coins, etc) actually goes into the network, onchain, straight up token burn or market buy AND it has to be big enough of volume to nudge the price
