Redpill me on becoming a game presenter for a live casino, they are the only jobs in my country that employ everyone and they pay very well, is there any catch?

I have a relative that started in this position a few years ago, is a manager now. The pay is stable, but it is still kinda shit in this economy. Since the business operates around the clock, you might get really shit shifts, like starting at 4am. They get away with this stuff by mostly hiring young people, such as students and recent graduates. Employee turn-around is pretty significant for dealer positions, but there are always others lining up.
