How is education inflate its price so wildly? Is it normal to have to pay 100k just for a gender study? In 1980 i mean. Or it just adjust to inflation rate? 10% per year?

My finding is that, it is in line with rents cost while salary has been stagnant for many years, how is education not stagnant but increase wildly instead?

Certification inflation make existing certificates holders slightly more valuable since it get pricier to get the same education quality.
