common. sign of low t due to aging. take up strength training anon
renew interest in stoicism

what does making it entail?
>>
>>60926585
Your only chance is saving up atleast 40k and going all in on a low end crypto coin hoping it moons.
You can save that much in 2 years even with a shitty job.
>>

Why haven't you been DCAing into VOO and SCHD for the past 20 years?

Plan?
>>
>>60926585
Easy, keep working or gamble at the casino, there's still time before I turn 50. A lot can change in 10 years. I even made 50k with note.fun for doing absolutely nothing, so there's still hope for me

37 and this is me. I even made it ($13M post tax) and it didnt make any difference.

nta but I 5x5 the bar and I'm so sore I can barely walk for a week after. My test is 800 natty. I have no fucking clue what's wrong with me. Have had so many other blood tests come back perfect too (d3, thyroid, prolactin, iron, inflammatory markers, you name it)
>>
>>60926585
fuck it, that's the plan. Just carry on.

>>60926589
>if youre still broke at 40 youre a fucking retard.
only if you're American. A 40 year old American has no excuse to have not made it by now.

Don’t fall for the age psyop. In the real world age doesn’t matter. At any given moment you’re only $1000 and 8 consecutive good decisions away from making it and only 1 bad decision away from losing it all.

dragging your dumb ass to the gym will give you energy and reduce your anger, in addition to myriad literally unquantifiable benefits like fixing your muscle mass while you still are able
try this before you hop on testosterone therapy

have to be prepared for this going in
> nta but I 5x5 the bar and I'm so sore I can barely walk for a week after. My test is 800 natty. I have no fucking clue what's wrong with me.
interesting case. start with weight lower than the bar if you have to. bodyweight air squats or dumbbells. resistance training helps nearly everyone, including invalids. if you stopped after only a few weeks keep trying.
one of your obligations after making it is making the time to exercise daily

I made it in my mid 30s. I'm looking back at projection estimates I made years ago. I thought I would have $1.3 million net worth in January 2025 and $2 million by May 2030.
In reality, I've been hovering between $2-2.5 mil since February 2024. My 2030 projection might actually play out that way if we have a bear market and I continue to not work.

I never took the vaxx. Did get the 'rona like 3 times though, most recently at disney world.

>>60927982
yeah idk. it always seems if I go down enough to where I can tolerate it I see no progress, if I go up enough for it to be 'meaningful' my body punishes me with crippling rheumatism for a week to let me know in no uncertain terms I shouldn't attempt that again. I guess there might be a sweet spot between the two I haven't discovered yet but I wonder why it's so fucking narrow for me when most noobs can just lift whatever with shitty form and make tolerable gains for a while. I was looking at androgen insensitivity syndrome which would explain why I'm skinnyfat limpdick and tired despite high-normal T but my sperm count is fine and I'm going bald which doesn't happen to AIS people. Reluctant to pathologize my situation too much but after 20 years of observing myself and observing others I'm pretty sure there's something to it beyond just 'I'm a lazy bitch'.

>>60928499
maybe, I'm definitely a fucking loser and my physical and mental health both suck and it's hard to magically reverse that shit once you're into your late 30s and 40s. A lot of my wasted health is directly tied to how I got rich (stressing 24/7 over shitcoins) so maybe it's just the price I have to pay for the faustian bargain I made.
>>
>>60926981
Average test levels are down like 45% in the past 30 years, which puts around 20-25% of men under 35 in the danger zone of having low T symptoms. It's a serious problem
>>
>>60926585
I'm 41 and this bullrun is basically my last chance before my neet bucks run out.
>>
>>60928651
something is obviously wrong with you but you should still attempt the following before giving up. progressive overload is like compounding interest. it isn't necessary to go to soreness/doms/rheumatism in your case to achieve gains. literally go to the gym (or wherever) and do the minimum possible: 1 airsquat, rubber band assisted if you have to, whatever. and then moderately increase each time until it's taxing but not throwing you out. in order to progress past that you may need to introduce periodicity early: this is advanced but if you can research your condition you can research pyramid sets, etc. you may be at a local minimum and getting past this could make you "normal"
it will not take long (if you doubled every day, which you shouldn't do) you'd be at a 1000 reps in 10 days. so it literally doesn't matter how small you start for discovery
have you tried any other physical activity? you can titrate it in the same way
you should try all this before giving up. i believe in you anon
>>
>>60926585
helium and a nice view

It’s so funny the “advice” is to go to the gym and mentally force yourself to do hard labor to your own body, necessarily resulting in injury, at the very least of the wear and tear kind.

It just goes to show you how deeply rooted the slavery mindset of people is. Even when there’s no gulag, no master, no whip and no force, the slaves still go to the gym and destroy their body willingly. All they need is Jewish doctors in lab coats like Huberman telling them it’s “healthy”. Not doing so is “being a bitch”, of course. You need discipline to kill yourself ;-)

Take it as a sign from your own body, you own self preservation mechanisms, that you are being told to put the weights down. Your exhaustion and reluctance is a GIFT. Your body knows you far better than anyone on the internet. You may lose some credibility from faggots obsessed with muscles and vanity-masculinity but you will gain a life with an extra 20 years of healthy joints and vertebrae.

Only retards like you without a warrior ethos think like that. It's after the struggle that feels amazing, you feel like your indestructible, and the fact you can physically handle problems with more confidence.

If your body cant stand doing physical labour 3-4 times a week an hour each, then you are just pathetic.
>>
>>60928825
You are the offspring of slaves and your mindset is just as theirs was. You find “purpose” in breaking down your own body. It’s sad how destructive it is. You even feel depressed if you *don’t* rapidly age yourself with self imposed hard labor.
>>
>>60928825
I will add that the endorphin rush you feel after completing hard labor is an ancient psychological feedback loop to reward a body after doing physically taxing labor (because without such reward it would be too obvious that your body has been injured from your efforts). Very similar to a runners high coming from the body celebrating that it believes it successfully dodged a predator—death itself. You enjoy your slavery feedback loop.

33 here and used to have net worth of $160k circa early 2022 but then I went giga retard and aped in most of my life savings on that $48k btc dead cat bounce (alongside various shitcoins). Next, the ukraine war happened and Powell's aggressive rate hikes. Got rekt badly, and it gets worse. I failed to capitalize on $10 sol, 20m mkt cap Bonk, etc. while holding bags of absolute shit. I cut the bags of shit over a year ago but by then I was way too late. Now? $50k net worth. Sigh.

bait/larp
you aren't a brain in a vat
most people who think this way can improve themselves 20%
not 0.00001% by reading another article in their field but literally their life and output 20% or more, which is crazy to think about, and the biggest gain available to you
ancients, nobles all support physicality. only cope say otherwise
just because the internet was invented doesn't mean humans suddenly evolved to be sedentary

I'm buying SUI and A, they will 100x within the next 2 cycles before I hit 40.
>>
>>60926585
As you get older, you learn what NOT to do. I am successful in my day job, but that ain't shit. When I hit 40, I decided to STOP playing video games, and STOP doing fantasy football/NCAA brackets, etc. Instead I converted that "wasted" (but fun) time to learning investment strategies. OCD learning and trial by error. I am getting there and will definitely be there over 2 cycles (5 years). Think about how you want to use your time at 40+.

sorry to break it to you, but 4chan is not enough into looksmaxxing aka literally the most important variable in life. I shall prove it by having flocks of anons saying that for whatever reason kpop gook looks are stupid, instead you should focus on finances (lol), or deadlifting xxxx pounds. The thing that is wrong with you is that you prolly not that attractive for a female gaze. The dopamine follows, as well as other markers and your wellbeing. Protip: start doing softmaxxing (botox etc), and then branch out into hardmaxxing(invasive surgeries etc). Yes, you have to take risks in life, you might get botched to hell. Yes, I got botched to hell, but now Im back, I only lost 2.5 years of my life.
