So if demand for drugs or other dark net goods goes up, the price of Monero goes up?

Whereas if the supply of drugs, illicit good and dark net products goes up, the price of Monero goes down?

I look like this and hold Chainlink (and Monero)

No the price of drugs will just go up and down

When people I know want to buy drugs, they buy just enough monero. And the dealers that I know just straight up cash out all the monero they get as payment. Neither of these parties actually hold the monero long term.

Shouldn't that mean the net effect on price is zero?

the solution is bulk discounts on monero purchases

encourage them to buy more monero to buy more stuff, then the demand goes up

or put funny prices in monero that always leave a little monero in the wallet but not quite nough for another purchase so they have to top off

>XMR only for drugs
