I'm a 90% sidelined retard. My folio consists of 5k of NVDA, rest is cash. I just can't jump into the market now with everything at ATH. I didn't jump in april when everything was at discount.I also don't have a stable job as I got fired a few months ago, and took freelancing gigs for now.What are your techniques to handle the psychology of investing?

Literally just throw your money into the S&P 500 and DCA for 20 to 30 years. You are not financially or emotionally capable of investing in individual stocks. The fact that your first instinct wasn't to buy after a dip like April should have been the warning sign that you aren't cut out for swing trading. Stop trying to time the market. Buy when it's low, buy when it's high. Always buy never sell. It's that fucking easy.
