Hey Anons been trying to parse the blog writeup on Reserve but its week 6 and its only $1million worth of LINK everytime...the fees obviously must fluctuate more then that so has anyone seen where theyre getting the numbers from? Is it just gonna be a flat amount permenantly will it fluctuate when more chains are connected or whats the actualy expectation and speculation from anons?
>>60929693They are buying with historic offchain revenue (about 90% of each weekly buy back as of now) + weekly onchain revenue (about 10%, e.g. SVR revenue), so basically regarding the offchain revenue they decide how much to put it each week. So most of it does not depend on current weekly revenue, this is why it's always about the same each week.
>>60929709hundreds of millions must flow
>>60929693It goes like this:>hey anon, we have made hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue>I know link marines have been complaining that they get none of that revenue and I want to change that>that is why we are excited to announce our buyback program where we buy back 1% of our profits*link marines get excited here*>wait you thought that money was for you? >No. It is for us to developly sustain our market economicks.>just imaging all the gorillions. Hold that thought and keep buying more you dumb fucks *rides off into the sunset without elaborating*
>>60929786Public staking is what will send it off into orbit ultimately.
>>60929769>>60929709yeah so its arbitrary amount then set by CLL? Ive held for some time and I swear it just is tiring...hope to see good news by xmas but how do you guys see this? Also as in >>60929769doesnt the Reserve also divert some of what was originally propositioned for stakers?
>>60929786>makes up headcanon about how buy pressure is bad >developly>economicksjust post your brown, shit covered hands next time you subhuman>>60929693I expect it will fluctuate this has been rolled out before go-live with SWIFT and the other programs, so a lot of value should be captured from all that
>>60929826Doesnt matter im never sellingId rather hold it to 0 than miss on the god run
Has anyone ever been able to explain why the fudders are all ESL?
>>60929693Its $1.1 million. The same number of btc that SN mined initially.
>>60929841Sir, I kindly ask you to show proof of monies into your profit account. Not proof of monies into Sergey account. Bloody, I tell you where is it?
>>60929693One of you called me a retarded jeet for theorizing it might be a flat $1m every week as a minimum until profit increases to a point where they feel comfortable upping it. Looks like I was right.
>>60929848anon its everyone, everyones a fudder
1m in the reserve doesnt offset the quarterly sales sell pressure>It will be more than 1m next week! Its 1M>Hold on marines, next time its going to be more than 1m next weekIts 1M>But the offchain revenue, the universal payment abstraction, the integrationsIts 1M>But the homosexual SWIFT man changed a percentage in his bio! This wi--Its 1M
>>60931497>1m in the reserve doesnt offset the quarterly sales sell pressureDumb comparison and anyone who says this is a verified retard. "Putting $1k in the bank doesn't offset the $4k you spend per month!"
>>60931506>damage control shill has entered the thread.Quarterly sales are 4–9x greater annually compared to current reserve accumulation and represent much more immediate market sell pressure.
>>60931515Is that reason enough to sell your LINK and move on to other opportunities?
>>60931515I'm also >>60929934. Funny how when you rationally (and intelligently) look at LINK, both perma fuddies and perma bulls will lash out. 1B tokens WILL BE CIRCULATING in 2030. No matter how much you kick, scream and seethe. Therefore, locking up tokens is inherently bullish even while planned tokens emissions are still taking place. I've said it before and I will say it again: if you can't cope with the supply going to 1B, sell now and buy back in 2030. If you are right, Chainlink won't moon until dilution has ended, so you will be able to buy more LINK tokens for less USD in 2030. So selling seems like the big brain play. Except you won't, curious.
>>60931641>>60931586>Quarterly sales are 4–9x greater annually compared to current reserve accumulation and represent much more immediate market sell pressure.>Inherently bullishSell the token if you dont agree>Creating more sell pressure is the solution to high sell pressure
>>60931824I fail to see how this is hard to follow. Maybe I'm not low iq enough. Market buying $1m LINK per week is inherently bullish, no matter how many times you have AI explain to you how $xx is a bigger number than $1m. They are dumping way more tokens than 4-9x the reserve accumulation by the way, you should flog your LLM.
>>60931916around 36x more indeed. Inherently bullish
"what is an exponential curve and why is it small in the beginning" the threadlink is like an electric light for low iq insects to keep banging their head against the glassif you can't understand how this can grow how the fuck can you understand how a token will grow> durr durr durr price news ta swing trading twitter intel influencers coin news from 3rd worlders>>60931824this guy literally cannot assemble two pieces of cause and effect. picrelif you can't reason about current and future sell pressure...why are you even here. quit shitting up the boardsage
>>60932011Wall of copeNothing of value was said.Point stil stands, the reserve is useless compared to the annual supply increase.
>>60932031Definitely, let's petition them to remove the reserve since the buy pressure is not enough according to anon's tastes.
