My family used to own rental properties North of Orlando. For a 4 bedroom 2 bath with screened porch, full size wholly equipped kitchen, dedicated utilities and laundry room, entertainment/theater room, garage, quarter acre back yard, with a shed, we charged 700 a month. 700. For the whole property. It wasn't even rural, it was offset two roads back from a major highway that led straight into multiple towns. You can't get a single room for that anymore.
