I'm investing 50/50 on btc & s&p 500. Thoughts?

>>60932623You could do worse. But consider having a few more positions in gold, msci world and dogecoin. Later you can add a dividend etf and slowly shift into it.
>>60932623at this point you should only put money into the s&p if you have a near religious belief in AI and if you truly believe in AI that much then just go all in on NVIDIA instead
>>60932723What do you think would be an ideal allocation to someone with about $200k and can dca $3k/month?>>60932763Yeah, I've debated doing this, but I'm not sure it would be a better ROI compared to dca-ing BTC and VOO for the next decade.
>>60932623Almost 100% of the growth of S&P500 is in tech. Try VGT instead.btw my captcha lmao
>>60932772Personally i would hold 10% of my networth in gold, 20% in btc, 5% in doge. The rest depends on your age and other stuff.
>>60932787What would you do if 29 years old with $200k and $2-3k disposable income per month? As is I'd just be dumping every paycheck to btc/voo for a decade. I'd be open to investing heavy into AI though.
I’d do 50 percent bitcoin, 40 percent S&P, and 10 percent gold personally.
>>60932772>not sure it would be a better ROIif the technology is as real as they say then we are talking about a quadrillion dollar industry / technologyoperative word here being "if"i think AI is fake and gay and the bubble is going to burst very soon but if you truly believe the tech is real (which i don't) then unironically you are very earlyi advice against going all in on NVIDAi think that's retarded because LLMs are not AI and will never become AI no matter how many H100 they buy but hey i could be wrongmaybe the singularity will unironically arrive in 2 more weeksi fucking doubt it though
>>60932623its not awful if you have money and you're thinking long term
>>60932843>>60932822What do you think would be optimal given a 5-10 year timeframe and low 6 figures aiming 7?
>>60932623no cannabis stocks when it's a highly volatile market with a hidden underlying answer on whether or not they will go up? just think about it for a moment. if the guy that has the say on approval is pro marijuana himself what do you think he is going to do? even better, look in to the effects of scheduling changes on cannabis related stocks. a little hint: it's a 3-10x+ return depending on how long you hold. don't sleep on this.
