I wanna start a website to fuck time wasting RE agents and scamming sellers in the ass, hard.RE is listed for sale on Zillow etc and anyone can enter the address and give the dirt on the dirt, neighborhood, hidden problems, failed inspections, etc.Maybe buyers would pay a modest fee and ANYONE from that 'hood would post a pic then the buyer would release the payment after he gets some good info.Some of this would need to be on the Honor System but that worked fine for PirateBay, just bros getting respect among peers online. :)Also, how to jump start it? Some stunt that gets it coverage, juicy stuff like "used to be whore house, expect Johns to still be showing up".
